SYMPTOM(s):
Can not access the Progress Download Center URL directly from another solution
Sometimes can access the URL and sometimes can not access the URL
Can not always access URL "http://www.progress.com/esd/index.spp" site directly from another solution
HTTP 500 - Internal server error
The page cannot be displayed
Can access the Progress Download Center if I go through http://www.progress.com menus
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
You can access the Progress Download Center, by doing the following;
Option 1
1. Go to the Progress Technical Support Page; http://www.progress.com/support
2. Select "Download Center" from the Resource menu on right
This will take you to the Download Center login page
Option 2
1. Go to the main page; http://www.progress.com
2. Select "Support" and then "Download" from the menus bars on the top
This will take you to the Download Center login page
