Deleting and re-adding pages to an existing Dynamic Object Controller
Error 132 prevents saving the new layout.
Page has been deleted and then replaced with another page layout.
** <file-name> already exists with <field/value...>. (132)
The following error occurred while processing. ** rycpo_actual already exists with Container SmartObject Obj 546552,3231 Page Obj 546751,3231 Page Object Sequence 101. (132). Transaction was not completed.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00073102
FIX:
To workaround this behavior, after deleting a page from the container, save the container. Then you can add another page to it using that deleted page number.
