How can a user that didn't originally install Progress, install an upgrade?
GOAL:
User can't install an upgrade to Progress.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows 32 Intel
FIX:
The install program looks at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\psc\<version> , so the only way to work around this is to duplicate the user info from this registry key and add it to the user key performing the upgrade.
