SYMPTOM(s):
The operation could not be performed because the OLE DB provider 'MSDASQL' was unable to begin a distributed transaction.
[OLE/DB provider returned message: [DataDirect-Technologies][ODBC PROGRESS driver]Optional feature not implemented.]
CAUSE:
These errors can be seen whit Distributed Transactions, unfortunately the SQL-92 engine does not support Distributed Transactions.
FIX:
Avoid using Distributed Transaction since the the SQL-92 engine does not support this feature.
