SYSTEM ERROR: Can not extend fixed length extent . (11999)
FACT(s) (Environment):
'prostruct add' add more than 1000 data extents.
Data extents are physically created sucessfully.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00095308
CAUSE:
The "prostrct add" utility creates more extents than get stored in the .db file.
FIX:
Restore the most recent backup and if after imaging was used, roll forward all relevent AI files.
