Solution ID: P4362
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
SYMPTOM(s):
Missing Progress processes in Task Manager
Active Progress processes are not visible in Task Manager
CAUSE:
In Windows 2000 and Windows XP, by default only the processes for the currently logged in user are displayed. This might cause you not to see Progress processes that have been started by another user.
FIX:
Make sure that the "Show processes from all users" check box in the Task Manager is checked.
