Running a Structured Procedure from the AppBuilder opens a Character window

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00083765
CAUSE:
When the AppBuilder runs code it looks for a specific line of text in the source file to determine whether it runs the code as a GUI program or as a TTY program. A structured procedure does not have the line of code in it to tell the AppBuilder to run it as a GUI program.
FIX:
Option #1
Open or run a visual procedure (window or any .w file) before running the Structure Procedure avoids the issue.
Option #2
Run the Structured Procedure from a Procedure window (Ctrl F3) with the RUN Statement.
Option #3
Add GUI to ANALYZE-SUSPEND _VERSION-NUMBER UIB_vxrxx, e.g.
ANALYZE-SUSPEND _VERSION-NUMBER UIB_vxrxx GUI
Please be aware that this change will be removed if Structured Procedure is re-saved in AppBuilder.
