The records are created successfully without error in all V8 releases of the DataServer
The problem happens when creating records with the native 4GL client with the 9.1B or 9.1C DataServer. The record creation will fail

Bug #20010903-003
CAUSE:
There was a fix put into 9.0A for bug 19970415-018 which prevents a mandatory field from having the unknown value.
FIX:
Apply the patch V9.1C01
