SYMPTOM(s):
AdminServer will not start after reboot of server.
All Progress processes are shutdown.
Task manager shows many Progress processes still running.
_mprosrv process running.
java.exe processes still running.
Database .lk file still present.
FIX:
Set the AdminServer to manual.
Reboot the server.
Start up the AdminServer.
Reset the AdminServer to automatic.
