Can the Progress GUI frame border thickness be increased?

FIX:
No. The frame border thickness is controlled by the windows operating system and can not be changed using Progress 4GL.
A possible work around is to use a no-box frame and a thick bordered rectangle around the perimeter of the frame.
Another possible solution is to identify and use the appropriate windows API function calls to directly manipulate the thickness of the frame border.
