Error occurred while creating/connecting to automation server for: <automation object name>. <COM message> Error code: <Program name> (5894)
Using a published application on Citrix
CAUSE:
Outlook and MAPI are not installed and/or configured on the Citrix machine
FIX:
Install Outlook and MAPI on the Citrix machine and configure user accounts within Outlook for each connected user
