Invoking ActiveX Control method that returns datetime value
Only the date portion of the datetime value is returned
CAUSE:
The current implementation of ActiveX support does not handle datetime values even though OpenEdge 10 introduced a native datetime data type.
FIX:
Support for this was implemented for OpenEdge 10.0B
