Character-based Quickstart for DOS/MS-WINDOWS port: N/A
Where is the character-mode product with MS-WINDOWS QuickStart?
Character-based Quickstart PROGRESS V7 is only available in the UNIX
based ports: SCO Open DeskTop and SUN/motif. The MS-Windows version
of Quickstart does not currently supply a character-based executable
and there are no immediate plans to release it in the short term.
Eventually, however there will be a character-based executable for DOS
but Development are still currently investigating certain memory
issues associated with the expected size of the executable.
