Dynamics: Template error when starting Dynamics session.
- The template "templateContainer, templateSmart object, templateProcedure, templateWebobject" as defined in the parameter IDE template could not be found in the repository.
CAUSE:
Caller was using the Development with Appserver session.
FIX:
Recommended that the Development session is used instead of the Development with Appserver session.
