You do not have the required user security access to create an orphan version of "ObjectName". Contact the System Admin to change security privileges if this functionality is necessary.
Roundtable: Creating an orphan version of an object on Check Out
CAUSE:
Create an orphan object is a potential dangerous concurrent change to a component; it is to be avoided.
FIX:
If you do not want to involve "sysop" (System Admin for Roundtable) then you need to create a higher version for the object.
