Starting client with -noshvarfix parameter
CAUSE:
-noshvarfix is a new Progress parameter since 8.3C. The older version of Progress do not recognize -noshvarfix parameter.
FIX:
Upgrade to 8.3C (or higher) version of Progress (If you are on Win platform, -noshvarfix has been populated into 8.3B patch also).
