Can Progress Explorer 9.x connect to AdminServer 9.1x?
GOAL:
Can Progress Explorer 9.1A connect to AdminServer 9.1B or vise versa?
GOAL:
Can Progress Explorer 9.1B connect to AdminServer 9.1C or vise versa?
GOAL:
Can Progress Explorer 9.1C connect to AdminServer 9.1D or vise versa?

FIX:
There is no guarantee that Progress Explorer connecting to a different version of AdminServer will be able to make a successful connection. For this reason, it is not supported.
The rule is that Progress Explorer must be the same version as the AdminServer.
Example, Progress Explorer 9.1D can only connect to AdminServer 9.1D.
