SYMPTOM(s):
Dynamics install fails with date format -d dmy.
ERROR! -d <mdy> or -yy <n> settings of dump were mdy-1950
** but current settings are dmy-1950. May cause load errors.
The install fails when creating the repository (RVDB, ICFDB) databases.
The user cannot login to dynamics because the gsm_user table has not been loaded.

The -d startup parameter was being overridden by the Dynamics configuration manager at startup
FIX:
Upgrade to Dynamics 1.1ASP1 (Service Pack 1) or later
