Cannot start Report Engine - PRORE.EXE was not found
If CTL3D.DLL is missing from your %WINDOWS%\system directory,
and you execute RUN aderb\_printrb, you will see the error:
Cannot start Report Engine - PRORE.EXE was not found
The solution is to copy CTL3D.DLL from the %DLC%\winfiles
directory to your local %WINDOWS%\system directory.
