GOAL:
Is there any utility to scan source code looking for statements that are missing a lock status (NO-LOCK, SHARE-LOCK, EXCLUSIVE-LOCK)?
FIX:
Progress currently does not supply such a utility.
However, there are third-party products that provide this functionality such as ProLint.
