FIX:
Following message "-- TRACE: Set open 4GL server state to . (8400)"l is recorded into a log file only when logging level is set to 4 (or higher). The state could vary between 1-12 and those statuses describe what is the appserver actually doing (sending output, sending temp-tables, getting schema ...).
These statuses are very internal and should be used in Technical Support or in PSC development in order to find out in details, what is going on with the appserver.
