Fail to start the DBDBMAN022 when launching DB
CHANGE:
Modified conmgr.properties file to specify database name with lower letters.
CAUSE:
Unix system case sensitive and database name in upper case so thereby the issue.
FIX:
Change in conmgr.properties to use upper case for the database name.
