Incorrect behavior adding new record if dependent folder already launched.
If you have two separate windows running that both have browsers that launch the same window if you add a record with the second window after the first is run, the launched window will get focus but not the correct information
CAUSE:
This is a known issue
FIX:
To workaround this issue, copy the window that is launched and give it a different name.
