SYMPTOM(s):
The screen looks smaller with scroll bars, just in some machines.
Using startup parameters -ininame <.ini file> and -basekey "INI".
CAUSE:
The Progress.ini file contains the following definition:
DefaultFont=?
The default font will be defined by Windows, not Progress.
FIX:
Define a font to be used as DefaultFont.
The default %DLC%\bin\Progress.ini file that is installed with the product contains:
DefaultFont=MS Sans Serif, size=8
