No errors in Event Viewer Logs
No errors in Dbname.log
CHANGE:
Moved the database to a new drive location
CAUSE:
In version 9, when a DataBase is stopped the location of the file is stored for the next startup of the database
FIX:
Reconstruct the database and procopy to a new structure
