FolderWindowToLaunch is not launched if running in "Browse records using a single window for each record" mode
Folder to Launch has been launched by different window
When second instance of the window is attempted to be launched, the first instance receives focus but has the data for the first instance
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
The workaround is not to use the same name for the window that is launched. If the window was called window1 and needs to be launched from two different places, copy window1 and name the new version window2.
