FIX:
It is not our practice to certify our product on any Operating System Vendors patch or Service Pack unless we have been informed of an area of concern.
The decision to certify a MS Service Pack is as follows:
1.) The new Service Pack release notes are reviewed to ascertain if there are any technical changes that negatively affect the Progress environment.
2.) Feedback from Progress Technical Support or customers regarding the instability of a Microsoft Service pack. (Tech Support feedback prompted the recent certification of Windows 2000 SP3 against 9.1D)
Microsoft Service Pack certification is only performed on the current commercial releases of Progress Software using the most recent Progress Service Pack.
Progress V9.1D & WebSpeed 3.1 & Fathom Management 2.0A has been certified with Windows 2000 SP04.
