SYMPTOM(s):
BI timestamp mismatch occurs due to failure to use -g startup parameter
** The database was last used <date/time>. (886)
** The before-image file expected <date/time>. (887)
** Those dates don't match, so you have the wrong copy of one of them. (888)
CAUSE:
Client tried to truncate bi but did not include the -g parameter to describe where the .bi file was (database was single volume).
The proutil updated the timestamp on the .db but was not able to update the .bi because it did not know where the .bi file was located.
FIX:
Restore the most recent backup.
