Databases are running on the Terminal Server
Netsetup installation
Databases can be managed with dbman
Virus checks find no issue
All references are local so no possiblity of disconnected network drives
CAUSE:
Corrupt Progress executables
FIX:
Replace the corrupt runproexp.exe executable by re-installing Progress
