SYMPTOM(s):
Can not run dbman from remote PC to connect to admin server
ERROR: Unable to locate database plugin - insure AdminServer is running and is properly configured (DBMan023)
Admin server is running on a different machine
CAUSE:
The Progress version on remote PC is different than Progress version used by AdminServer
FIX:
The remote PC where dbman is running from must have same Progress version used by AdminServer.
