Connection to the database was attempted with -ld parameter (logical database name)
CHANGE:
Auto-Connect List of database was edited.
CAUSE:
The Auto-Connect List of the database contained a reference to itself.
FIX:
Remove the entry from the Auto-Connect List (Data Administration Tool | Utilities | Edit PROGRESS Auto-Connect List...)
