WebSpeed error 5830 when use wsisa.dll messenger
Msngr: Cannot find default service name to serve web request. (5830)
After granting read, write privileges to Everyone on the WebSpeed working directory, ping worked but workshop's welcome pages and the images would not come up.
FACT(s) (Environment):
The cgiip.exe messenger works fine
Web Server does not show the default page when try localhost in the URL. Only when the Webserver name is used then the default page comes up.
The browser properties has the LAN Settings to use proxy server but Bypass Proxy Server for local address is checked.
After setting up the registrationMode to Register-HostName, it gives the following error: unable to open messenger's log file
When granted read, write privileges to IUSER_<web server name> for the WebSpeed working directory, the following error came up in the browser: The IIS server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request

CAUSE:
The problem is associated with the security of the WebSpeed working directory and with the %DLC%\WebSpeed folder.
FIX:
To solve this: - Grant the correct access privileges to Everyone to the WebSpeed installation folder and to the WebSpeed working directory. - Apply read privileges to WebSpeed folder in the installation directory to Everyone with the option checked to "Allow inheritable permissions from parent to propagate to this object" - restart AdminServer, WebSpeed Broker and IIS Web Server
