<dbname> in use in multiuser mode (276)
Insufficient privileges or object protection privilege
Unable to set priv after spawn
These are typical error messages that may be displayed if
PROGRESS images are not VMS installed with the proper
privileges. Images should be installed with the following
privleges:
SYSLCK, SYSGBL, SYSNAM, DETACH, GROUP, WORLD, SYSPRV
If using a Dataserver, the images should also be installed
with SETPRV.
