Shutdown request denied; you do not have the correct user ID. (547)
using -S -N and -H parameter on the proshut command
FACT(s) (Environment):
Logged as Administrator
User specified as administator is in the user list.
Windows
CAUSE:
The use of -S service -H <host> -N TCP leads to confusion in the user list.
FIX:
Do not specify -S -N -H .
Use just:
proshut <dbname>
