GOAL:
What is the workaround of RMVSCHE if it does not work for some reasons?
FIX:
Perform DUPPRODB with *PROEMPTY > press F10 to get additional parameters > press page down > enter *YES to overwrite Existing Srvr Schema > press enter. This will overwrite the entire dictionary library with the empty p__files. After performing this, CHGPRODCT should be performed if bringing the DB2/400 database reference to the p__files. If progress database needs to be converted from the Progress to DB2/400 database, then use the Windows client to load the .df and .d using DB2/400 dictionary under the DataServer > Progress/400 utilities.
