prore caused an access violation in user32.dll
CAUSE:
The cause might be associated with running 8.1A on Windows 2000. 8.1A was a 16-bit product, and isn't intended for use or supported on Windows 2000.
FIX:
Upgrade to a supported configuration and see if the behaviour still occurs.
