SYMPTOM(s):
Installing WSTK fails with error that Progress installation has not been found
Web Services Toolkit fails to proceed with the installation.
Progress installation exists
After filling in the serial number and control codes WSTK installation fails
to proceed complaining about missing Progress installation
CAUSE:
WSTK installation started using the domain account which was temporary offline
FIX:
Login as local Administrator before starting the Web Services Toolkit installation.
