SYMPTOM(s):
ProService service logs on as LocalSystem Account.
Tasks not starting.
CHANGE:
Upgraded from 9.1A to 9.1D.
CAUSE:
The LocalSystem account did not have sufficient privileges to run the tasks. The 9.1A ProService was being started by a different user to 9.1D.
FIX:
Change the account that owns ProService to one that has sufficient privileges.
