Converted a Translation Manager (TranMan) project database to UTF-8
CAUSE:
A UTF-8 Translation Manager project database is currently not supported. The main problem is that various reads and writes in TranMan are done using the NO-CONVERT option.
FIX:
Do not convert the TranMan project database. Instead leave the codepage to UNDEFINED.
