SYMPTOM(s):
Error starting database
Warning: -h is not a database parameter and was ignored. (1402)
CAUSE:
The database was started with the -h parameter among it's startup parameters. Since -h is a client parameter and not a database parameter, it is ignored if used to connect to the database.
FIX:
This Parameter should be removed from any startup parameter file that will be used to startup the database.
