SYMPTOM(s):
WebClient application does not commence with the upgrade of the new application version
New application has been generated and deployed.
Downloading the prowcapc file from the web server correctly displays
the upgrade message.
CAUSE:
WebClient application launched by double-clicking on the prowcapc file
residing on the local PC.
FIX:
WebClient application needs to be launched from the installed desktop
shortcut, or from the program folder group. Regenerate the WebClient
application with System Task Definition including the creation of
Application Shortcut in Program Folder and/or Desktop.
