CAUSE:
errno=13 means Permission denied. The process does not have permission to open the file.
FIX:
If the specified file exists, it may not be possible to open it for because it is being used by another process or because its permission settings do allow this process to open it.
This error may also be generated when successive reports are sent to the same printer rapidly. If a report was sent to a printer before it finishes printing the previous report, the problem occurs.
