FIX:
1. Stop all processes for Progress/Webspeed 9.1D/3.1D
- AdminService / admin server for UNIX
- Database servers
- Background Progress processes ( prowin32, _progres )
On windows, check in Task Manager under processes to make sure there are no java.exe, prowin32.exe, _progres.exe, _mprosrv.exe or any other processes using Progress 9.1C resources.
On UNIX, use "ps -ef" to validate there are no more 9.1C/3.1C processes running
2. truncate bi for database if applicable
3. Save ubroker.properties and conmgr.properties
4. Save %DLC%($DLC)\java\SonicMQ\lib\*.jar files if you are using SonicMQ Adapter
5. Uninstall Progress/Webspeed 9.1C/3.1C
6. Install Progress 9.1D/Webspeed 3.1D
7. Restore ubroker.properties & conmgr.properties into %DLC%($DLC)\properties
8. Do change all references in broker.properties from Webspeed 3.1C to Webspeed 3.1D where applicable
9. Update Webspeed31X alias on your WebServer
10. Restore SonicMQ client libraries if applicable
11. Start database if applicable
