Progress database migration to SQL Server is terminating
Event Viewer error 997 appears within the dataserv.lg
"Event Logger error 997: Could not post a 'DatabaseName' event to the Event Viewer"
Migrating Progress to SQL Server using MSS Migration Utilities
CAUSE:
NT Event is full. During more Progress tasks, Progress writes to the event Application Log of the Windows Event viewer. If this log is full, Progress can not complete it's task.
FIX:
Make sure the Application Log within the Event Viewer has enough space to hold messages from Progress.
