Applied 9.1C patch
CAUSE:
Bug# 20020620-019.
A permissions problem with the jre/bin/java script causes the AdminServer to hang. This is because, for some 9.1C patches, the execute bit was not set properly.
FIX:
Apply the latest 9.1C patch.
Workaround:
Set the execute bit on $DLC/jre/bin/java like so: rwxr-xr-x.
