FIX:
No. As a minimum you must obtain an appropriate Progress Windows product such as SQL Client Access or Client Networking.
The above products come with a DataDirect Technologies (MERANT) SQL-92 ODBC Driver.
If you wish to have SQL-89 ODBC access which is available prior to Progress version 10, you must also purchase a separate windows "SQL-89 Driver for Progress" driver.
