CAUSE:
Hardware problem with memory.
Memory was replaced.
A bad shared memory point may have been saved in the database master block.
Truncation of the BI is programmed to clear up the master block pointer for shared memory in addition to its other functions.
FIX:
Truncate the BI
proutil <dbname> -C truncate bi
