Receiving error CPE3420 when starting an AS/400 TCP broker with STRPRONET
CPE3420 - Address already in use
CAUSE:
The TCP port address seemed to be locked.
FIX:
Stop the TCP brokers on the AS/400 with ENDPRONET
Stop TCP on the AS/400 with ENDTCP
Restart TCP on the AS/400 with STRTCP
