SYMPTOM(s):
Database using the -i startup parameter
SYSTEM ERROR: Record continuation not found, fragment recid <recid>. (137)
SYSTEM ERROR: Invalid record with recid <recid>. (2358)
CAUSE:
The -i startup parameter, when used indicates no crash recovery will be performed on the DB, so errors like (137) are likely to happen if the DB crashes.
FIX:
Take your last backup or dump and load the DB in case you don't have one.
Eliminate the startup parameter -i and start the newly loaded DB.
