CAUSE:
Stack Size (-s) Parameter - DOC BUG regarding -s MAX.VALUE
The Pocket Progress,System Admin Reference and On-line Reference all incorrectly list the maximum value for the Stack Size (-s) startup parameter in the Progress 7.x and 8.x manuals.
FIX:
To clarify the situation this is what applies:
MAX.VALUE: the actual maximum is limited only by available memory
